Cancellation & Responsibility Policy: 

Cancellation Fees: 

• Cancellations within 48 hours of departure will incur a fee of 50% of the total trip cost. 
• Cancellations within 24 hours of departure or no-shows will be charged 100% of the trip cost. 

Hurricane Season Policy (September & October): 

If your trip is canceled due to hurricane alerts, high winds/waves, or port closures, you may choose to receive a full refund or reschedule at no additional cost. 

Guest Responsibilities: 

• Guests assume full responsibility for their actions and those of their group during the charter.  
• The yacht reserves the right to end the charter early if guests misuse or damage the yacht. In such cases, no reimbursement will be provided for unused hours. 
• Guests are responsible for all furnished equipment aboard. Charges for lost or dangerous items will be applied to the credit card on file. 
• By booking, you agree to these terms and conditions, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all. 

Safety First: What You Need To Know; All of our vessels are fully equipped with: 

• Life jackets for all passengers
• Emergency equipment
• First aid kits 

If you have known allergies or specific medical requirements, we recommend bringing any necessary spare medication to ensure your safety in the event of an emergency.
