The following cancellation and change policies apply only to reservations made via our website
Individuals:
- 24 hours or more in advance – 100% refund
- 12 to 23 hours in advance – 50% refund
- Less than 12 hours in advance – No refund – full charge
- No show or late arrival – No refund – full charge
Groups of 1-50:
- 24 hours or more in advance – 100% refund
- 12 to 23 hours in advance – 50% refund
- Less than 12 hours in advance – No refund
- No show or late arrival – No refund
Groups of 50 or More:
- 24 hours or more in advance – 100% refund
- 12 to 23 hours in advance – 50% refund

** On the following tours, no refund with less than 48 hours advance notice – Yachts, Cabo Pulmo Snorkel & Scuba, Sea of Cortes & Whale Shark.
