Cancellation Policy

In order to receive a refund on your deposit, notification of cancellation is required 7 days prior to the departure date.  

Should you cancel your trip less than 7 days prior to the departure date, or fail to show up for the scheduled departure time, the deposit will not be refunded.  

There are no refunds for seasickness.

Extraordinary Circumstances

If the cancellation is due to Extraordinary Circumstances, any refund will be determined at the sole discretion of Phantom Fishing, following the General Rule among Nautical Tourism Service Providers.

Holiday & Selected Dates Policy

  • No Refunds will be issued for cancellations during the following periods:
  • Long weekends
  • Special holidays
  • Easter Week
  • December 22nd through January 7th
  • Late Departures

Liability Aboard: 

  • Clients are liable for any damages or loss of equipment caused by negligence.
  • An open credit card voucher or security deposit will be required when signing the service contract.
  • All vessels in the fleet are responsible for the safety and security of passengers and include Full Coverage Passenger Liability Insurance for every operated charter.
  • Passengers are required to strictly follow the Captain’s orders and crew instructions to ensure a safe trip.

Children Liability 

  • Phantom Fishing accepts no liability regarding the supervision or safety of children.

 While crew members supervise children most of the time, children remain under the full responsibility and supervision of their parents or accompanying adults-both at sea and on land.
